Our Story
Before Blue Ribbon RV, the RV industry was broken. Customers were underserved, mistreated, and left frustrated by poor service and lack of accountability. It was a pattern that left people feeling trapped, their dreams of adventure tainted by a bad experience. After nearly a decade of witnessing these poor experiences firsthand—whether it was subpar repairs, slow service, or misleading promises—I knew I had to do something. I couldn’t stand by and let customers continue to suffer in an industry that lacked transparency and respect. And so, Blue Ribbon RV was born. I founded the company with one simple mission: to put people first. We would be the exception in an industry known for poor customer service. At Blue Ribbon RV, we would redefine what it means to put the customer at the center of everything we do. Since opening our doors, we've been committed to transforming the RV experience.
